How do your collection launches work?
Willow + Thread releases thoughtfully curated seasonal collections in limited made-to-order windows. Once orders close, fabrics are ordered and each piece is handmade with care.

What does made-to-order mean?
Made-to-order means your pieces are specially created after your order is placed, helping reduce waste and overproduction while allowing each garment to be crafted intentionally.

What are your turnaround times?
As all pieces are handmade in small batches, current turnaround times are approximately 4–6 weeks from the close of each collection launch unless otherwise stated.

Where are your pieces made?
Every Willow + Thread piece is thoughtfully handmade in Australia 🤎

What sizes do you offer?
Our collections currently range from sizes 1–8.

How should I care for my garments?
To help preserve the quality and longevity of your pieces, we recommend gentle cold washing and line drying where possible.

Will sold out items restock?
Most Willow + Thread pieces are released in limited seasonal collections and may not return once sold out.

Do you offer custom orders?
At this stage, Willow + Thread is moving away from custom orders to focus on thoughtfully curated seasonal collections.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As all pieces are handmade to order, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once production has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if needed.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our pieces, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll always do our best to help.
