As all Willow + Thread pieces are handmade in small batches, please allow the advertised turnaround time listed at the time of purchase before your order is dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): $10.95

Express Shipping (Australia-wide): $15.95

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $150 AUD.

Processing & Turnaround Times

Most Willow + Thread pieces are made to order. Current turnaround times are approximately 4–6 weeks unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery Delays

While every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, Willow + Thread is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, couriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Willow + Thread is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
