By placing an order with Willow + Thread, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Products

As all garments are handmade, slight variations may occur between pieces. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and do not constitute faults.

Colours

We make every effort to accurately display colours and fabrics. However, colours may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Order Acceptance

Willow + Thread reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where pricing errors, stock discrepancies, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity occur.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, designs, branding, logos, product descriptions, and website content remain the property of Willow + Thread and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Willow + Thread will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions limits any rights available to consumers under Australian Consumer Law.
