Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or delays outside our control.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the description provided, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Willow + Thread will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
